Weissenborn Appraisal, LLC was established in 2005 by Beverly Weissenborn, MAI. Beverly has 30 years of appraisal experience with a commercial background and a recent emphasis in partial interest acquisitions.

Barry Weissenborn became a part owner of the company in 2015. Barry brings 25 years of appraisal experience with an emphasis in rural appraisals including vacant land, agricultural, recreational, transitional and special use properties in Arizona and New Mexico.

Together we have extensive experience in the valuation of a broad range of property types.
